Is your furniture stained?

If there's been an accident that has resulted in a stain, we will send you a stain removal wipe first to prevent further damage .

It is very successful and in most cases will remove the stain completely, avoiding the inconvenience for you having to wait for one of our technicians to come out. However, you don't have to use it, or if it doesn't work, simply let us know and we will send out one of our expert technicians to remove it.

We have two ways to make a claim

It's really easy to log a claim, we recommend using our Customer Portal in most cases because it is available 24/7 and will save you time especially if your accident happens in the evening when our office is closed.

If you have a mattress protector claim, please be aware that we cannot accept claims using the portal, please refer to the Mattress Protector Guarantee (they came in the original packaging)

Portal access request form

If you have not yet received an invite from us to register on the claim portal, please complete the form below to request access.

We will aim to process your request within 24 hours. If you are submitting your request over a weekend or bank holiday, we will process it on the next working day.

For most policies we do not cover:

  • Odours
  • Colour change
  • General cleaning
  • Cracking leather
  • Wear and tear
  • Animal chewing* 
  • Damage caused by perspiration
  • Structural damage including textural changes, seam stitching separation, fraying and softening of interiors
  • Faults which are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.

If this is not the case your terms and conditions will specifically detail what exactly your policy does cover.
