Accounts Assistant

Claims Handler

The role of a claims handler is to process the details of consumers claims, order replacement parts, handle inbound and outbound calls to set SLA's as well as support manufacturers, retailers and other departments. Field Services Administrator

Due to expansion of the team, two exciting opportunities have arisen in our Field Services Department. We have both a temporary and permanent Field Service Administrator role available. This role forms an essential part of the customer claim journey. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for; answering calls from technicians, providing support to consumers and giving them with updates on their claims, being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a consumer’s problem.

Consumer Services Advisor
