I just wanted to say a huge thank you to your technician. He attended our house yesterday to carry out a minor repair to the sofa.  We were quite nervous about having someone in the house during this current pandemic.  

I was so delighted with the efficient steps set out, initially receiving an email outlining what to expect. 

When he arrived he had a mask on and was wearing gloves and completely respected social distancing and worked under difficult circumstances. He was very helpful and we were very happy with his work. He also was happy to answer additional questions. He didn't take offence when I got my disinfectant spray out and we even joked about it as he was leaving. He encouraged me to do all door handles.
