We are delighted to bring you our new claim portal, bringing you 24/7 access to your claim.

The newly developed claim portal has been developed with you in mind, every step of the way.

We understand how busy you are, and that you don't always have time to speak to someone over the phone during certain hours of the day, nor do you have time to print off a claim form and pop it in the post box. The portal allows you to view your policy, update your contact details as well as giving you the ability to make a claim online, quickly and easily and track it's progress - all without having to make a call or print off and post a form!

As well as making it super easy to use, logging your claim via the portal can dramatically speed up the whole process.

Over the next few months we will be inviting our existing and new consumers to sign into the portal; you will get an email invitation which will include a link to verify your account and as well as an exclusive discount code to use on our Amazon product store or for other services we provide.

If you do not wish to use your portal, you are most welcome to continue to use the paper based claim form, however, using the portal will speed up your claim as removes the need for a claim form to be posted and returned to us.

If you have not yet received an invitation to log in, give us a call on the telephone number on your policy certificate and use the option for the portal helpline team to get started! You will need to have your full name, address and certificate reference number or invoice number to hand.
